Yes. You pay once and the website belongs to you. No mandatory subscriptions. If you ever want to move it to another provider, we hand you the files in 48h, at no cost. No lock-in.
How does "hosting forever" work?
Your site lives on the internet 24/7 and we handle the entire technical side so it's always available, fast and secure — no monthly fees, no surprises, forever. The only thing separate is your domain (the name yourbusiness.com), which you buy once at any registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains) for ~$10-15 USD per year — that way it stays 100% yours, not tied to OTIMO. If you'd rather not buy one, we give you a free subdomain (e.g. yourbusiness.otimoai.com) and you're set. Your call.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment via Stripe, valid worldwide. Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
Can I cancel support anytime?
Yes.
OTIMO Care is optional and cancels with no penalty anytime. Your site stays live on our hosting at no cost even without a plan. If you later need a one-off change, it is $50 per change.
What if I need a feature you don't include (reservations with DB, e-commerce, etc.)?
First we connect you with a standard tool (OpenTable for reservations, online stores, etc.) — at no extra cost. If you still need something custom, we quote it as a separate project.
How does the refund guarantee work?
If you're not convinced within 7 days of your payment, message us on WhatsApp or email. We process the 80% refund in 48h (the bank reflects it in 5-10 business days). It only applies if you collaborated with feedback. 1 refund per business. If it's our fault (we couldn't deliver), we refund 100%.
What happens with my data if I request a refund?
When we process the refund, we take the website down from hosting and delete your photos and personal data from our systems. We confirm it by email.
Do you do SEO or paid ads?
No. Our focus is delivering a professional website with structure optimized for Google and AI engines — that helps you appear better when someone searches for your business by name. But we don't run monthly SEO campaigns or paid advertising. If you need that, we recommend a partner.
